I don't think this is as funny as you want it to be.

A support staff member usually worries about "filing fees" and it is not uncommon for someone to send the wrong amount to a court clerk. Happens all the time and is easily remedied. Demonstrates nothing.

The rules for drafting a complaint vary from state to state (and from court to court). That might be the reason you haven't seen that particular complaint format. Unless he forgot the essentials, makes NO difference to the case.

The waiver of service was probably a matter of John sending it to the Defense Counsel and they signed and returned it to the court. No expense involved. Normally you might file your waivers with the complaint in Federal Court, but there are MANY reasons why you might not be able to do so. Not an issue at all.

Every single one of these so called "defective attributes" are not really defective and won't affect anything at all regarding the case.

This isn't a game of gotcha - you have a typo in your complaint The court will make sure of that.
