    Dreamhost whores are as bad as Klikrevenue whores

    Every time there's any type of hosting thread, these retards whore out their dream host links desperately trying to make a few dollars so they can actually eat next month.

    instead of spamming this board and showing everyone you're bottom feeding trash, consider taking a bath with your toaster instead.

                                      Eh, they're in my sig because I've been using them for a year now and I'm a happy camper. The referral fees aren't bad either

                                      But it's true they're probably expanding too much, with all those promos and super-quotas. I've been hearing a lot of grumbling from some long term customers.

                                          What I don't understand is this:

                                          I was told that you don't make commissions off those dreamhost special deals until the NEXT year.

                                          I've uysed DH for 9 years for personal sites and am happy with them for non critical things. i.e. my phpbb upgrade went bad on friday and I didn't get a response til this morning.

                                                  sorry, didn't mean you. i know dreamhost pay up to $97 commission for new accounts, but every time there's any type of hosting thread, you get some idiot who spams their dream host link.

                                                  I personally use dreamhost for some sites, but idiots like that represent them very badly. I'm sure dreamhost doesn't want people spamming forums with their links. it's probably actually against their affiliate t&c's

                                                      I still use dreamhost for some less important sites. not having phone support and taking 24 hours to answer emails made me move a bunch of sites elsewhere.

                                                      referring people to dreamhost directly seems to track okay, but using those promo codes seems to be a bit hit and miss in my experience.
