Selling site that's making close to $1 million usd/month

We're selling our main site which is close to making $1 million usd per month. At least $500k of that can be kept in profit when properly managed.

Memberbase of over 350k with 70k paying and most of them on rebill. Main revenue is generated by ppc, no serious affiliate programming running yet except for a couple of small ones. Big growth and very very good projections for the future.
