Aren't you supposed to know, with all of your Time-Life how-to books, that lawyers submit partial filing fees all the time... it's done for a reason in many cases.. I'm surprised that you being the expert you are, you haven't a clue..

If you look through other such documents, you'll find that formatting isn't as nit picky as you wish they were so you could carry on with your simpleton ramblings..
