Finally, we have John's lawyer not following Rule 4(d)(1) and requesting a waiver of return of service. As such, the other side had to put it together themselves and file it at their own expense.

Jesus Christ, John. Does your attorney always fuck up 75% the stuff he files? You guys only filed five items in that case, and thats if I give you credit for the proposed order that your counsel put together at the Court's direction, but they are the ones that filed that. Also assumes I count the complaint and the summons as two separate filings (and in fact, they are - and thats another fuckup - the summons get filed with the complaint, not 4 days later).

Funny shit here. We are up to like 75% of the filings in this case having some defective attribute to them. Man, I'd fire my lawyer at this point, John.
