Are the sites going to be of similar theme? Do you want to link them together? Are you planning on having them all feed one site? If so, you need multiple class C's.

Our dedicated plans come with either 48 IP's on 8 Class C's (6*8=48) or 50 IP's on 10 Class C's (5*10)

My first thought is that from what you describe you don't really need a dedicated server, but could get by with a virtual plan (Our virtual 10C-B perhaps).

BTW, we use Direct Admin, not cPanel. If you wanted a dedicated you can have cPanel, but I am not sure that it can handle the multiple Class C's. You would have to play with it.
