What do you guys use for adult dating? What converts the best?

I am looking for a program that has knowledgeable affiliate rep, not just some retard who post their nude pics on forums. Also need to be able to give more $ per sign up when I a certain number. One that doesn't mind creating custom landing pages or getting things setup custom for me at their cost.
