    WTF is with all the extra effort in shitting on Headless??

    Headless has been a fixture of the adult webmaster community for years. He may not be the biggest "player" but he's helped many people out including myself.

    He's been a large contributor to this board since day one, and helped promote the board too. So he may be a bit of an ass sometimes, no more than anyone else, but his intent is always of pure entertainment value and he's never been spammy.

    So he made a slightly bad judgement call? So what! He should have enough clout around here to deserve an explanation and possibly a warning. Maybe I'm missing some of the story but that's just how I see it.

    Headless had some killer news and wanted to share it with everyone just this one time because he was excited and felt he accomplished something. Maybe he shouldn't have sent a mass icq, but I've seen others do it and they've never been banned from gfy. I just think that he should have got a warning not to post the link to the gfy thread itself if that was the case.

    I wasn't going to toss my opinion out there at all, but just a minute ago I run across a thread urging people to fuck with him on his icq. And another thread making fun of his weight. I just think it's fucked up and completely uncalled for.

    Oh well, back to your regular programming

But the third time I let him know that I didn't appreciate it. I'm all for sharing good news but at some point you can go overboard - and he did. Then he wants to get into a pissing match with one of the mods and that's when his troubles really began

                                                                      I'm far from a big fan of Headless' board persona, as he mixes in way too many insults for my taste, often uncalled for. Regardless, I believe Headless has been a feature of this board for long and he does add entertainment value, often more so than people posting twelve emu threads in a row and tripping balls. He did nothing wrong towards the board. Hell, he even linked to a thread on GFY in his message, that's supposed to hurt GFY how...?

                                                                          Never meet him in person but he can be a big ass on the board, when he acts like an ass bitching about people or flaming them, then he should expect some in return. If he hadn't been an ass to so many people here, there would call for his unbanning instead of making fun of him.

                                                                                      Yes, it was an ICQ glitch. He didn't intentionally message everyone on his list multiple times. It locked up the first time he tried to send it... his list has over 600 people on it and that's a known ICQ mass messaging error.

                                                                                      And FYI: Everyone on his list is someone he has talked to at some point in time, added him, and not just a harvested list of people he doesn't know.

                                                                                                                  I've known Headless on the boards for at least 5 or 6 years. He's always been an ass, but I never took his BS seriously. He was always helpful when it really mattered.

                                                                                                                  I don't see the reasoning behind the decision to ban him other than it being a ploy to increase page views for which I congratulate all the parties involved.

                                                                                                                          I like Headless' radio show, his persona on GFY is just in good fun, and only got one ICQ from him yesterday.

                                                                                                                          I hope you guys know that sometimes when I act bitchy and whiny i don't always mean it, right? I am actually pretty shy and quiet in person! I doubt you'd believe it until you met me in person, though. Same with Headless. His personality on GFY is just that, an online personality.


                                                                                                                          As far as why his show url got banned, I don't completely get it but who am I to say anything about it. I would just recommend to do all you can to get in good with GFY again. This board is pretty fair as far as I can tell :-)

I often get spam ICQ messages from people I have talked maybe once like 2-3 years ago, pointing to a GFY thread about some promotion or big announcement... I dont see those people being banned... and some are well known GFYers...

                                                                                                                                                              Personally I don't care for his radio show, I've listened to it a few times and I don't like it (and I've got a pretty messed up sense of humor myself) too many racist remarks that aren't funny IMHO, BUT I do know he gives alot of promos to GFY and shouldn't be hated on b/c some MODS have a beef with him or whatever it may be.

                                                                                                                                                              People fuck up, we ALL do it (if you've never fucked up, please raise your hand so we can say you're full of shit) and he got defensive about his show just like any one of us would do if it were any of us, I admit it was a bit over dramatic (by far) but that's Headless period, you may not like him for whatever reason, but if he's promoting the board then there's no point in banning him for promoting his show on the board in his sig etc.

                                                                                                                                                              It also may be a good reference to find out exactly how much traffic he has sent to the board and if it's not worth it, then make a formal decision.

I didnt get any ICQ that I know of, and yes Headless makes drama and pseudo-bitch threads a good deal. But I do think that most people who've been around a while know them for what they are.

                                                                                                                                                                  I would support an un-banning with no problems because he's a good guy when you get down to it I'd say.

                                                                                                                                                                  I remember being a guest on his old radio show when Sandra was on there too. I think in general he fits in well with the forum theme of "Fucking Around & Program Discussion".

Had he simply said, "Sorry about that. I understand your decision to ban my URL and hope the ban is someday lifted." the problem would have quickly passed. But instead he made a big ordeal out of it. He fucked himself.
