Exactly, and therein lies the rub. Thanks to our conditioning we leap to assumptions of an ideal mate based on attractiveness and look where it gets us.
However you look at it or word it, most people ARE miserable and jaded in this day and age, maybe not yet but certainly later. Just look at the statements in this thread.
