This downtime has REALLY pissed me off ... worst thing is ... I just got off the phone and they phone company is saying I'm not due any compensation or even refunds, because apparently they don't offer a guarantee of up time! I'm sure a few hours I'd not complain ... 10 days?! They think that's acceptable. I wonder if they'll think me cancelling my payment this month and going with another service provider is acceptable?!
