I'll make the money up with affiliates but you can bet I'll be suing her for damages. I have to ... it was the wrong way to go about it.
I can't imagine that her attorney would put her in that place ... I think he did that while being upset and not thinking. affiliates will remember that down the road when she does her next project.
ask tassy ..weeks ago she was trying to contact Lia and I even told her then that i can't get a response from her either. I had no choice but to terminate our agreement. I'm sorry it went that way ..I like her

I'm not sure where your get that i changed your email account ..when we moved servers all the email passwords were reset and an email went out to everyone 2 days before ..but you never check your MB email .. I gave tassy your AOL email. If you never made an agreement with us then why was there a meet to discuss the details ... You made the deal with Ray and I don't have to be there and yes you do have to return calls to a company that is paying you to produce any type of work and I was only calling to discuss the fact that the content was late and of poor quality ... the Lawyers will be handling it and you know that no one that had the authority to give you access to that server did. you had access to the Vega bros server to upload content to ... we gave you a great opportunity and a very large % twice what the content was worth but we wanted to give you a chance as long as we broke even or just made a little on the project. Besides the name calling and all of the other BS involved in this situation. Id say MobBucks is the one who is in the right in this particular incident. Seems as if there is a lot of favor towards the person you get along with rather then the actual business part of the whole incident in this thread.
You don't go and take content from active websites without at least discussing the situation with the sponsor first. IF it is your content and you feel you have been swindled, you take it to your attorney. After that IF you win the judgement you'll recieve compensation for what was rightfully yours and also in turn get your content back. If not, well better luck next time and take it as a learning experience.

That's what I have been wanting to see... The model release (blacked out personal info) and any contract... Both sides have stated they own the content but the proof is in the paperwork at this point... That's all a judge is gonna look at for ownership, so if this is taken to the "court of GFY" then let us see it also...
