That's a pretty good deal!

I have the Treo on Verizon and was looking to get something different. I looked at the Voyager hoping I'd be WOW'D but just wasn't.
From a functional perspective its not multi-touch and I didn't like the way it scrolled - plus there's no wi-fi - it's EVDO only.
The thing is, my main phone is on Sprint/Nextel. It's an old phone but it's built like a tank and I put about 4,000+ minutes every month on it and abuse it all day every day. It's my main phone on the road and in the office and the only one that the battery LASTS all day for me.
The Treo on Verizon was intended for email, the web and as a backup phone for when service is no good with Sprint/Nextel - and for that it's been great! Verizon's service has been incredible all over the country for the past 2 years. There's really no complaint other than I wanted to update the phone and really couldn't find anything they offered that I REALLY WANT!
My intention was to stay with Verizon but my wife got me the iPhone for Xmas. Now, I have until the 8th of January to play with it or decide to return it. I never liked AT&T so I wasn't going to switch BUT the iPhone is pretty damn cool! The Safari browser is great and I love the multi-touch and zoom. Email is seamless with Gmail and I'll have my main work account set up next week. Getting to contacts is super easy. The visual voicemail feature is the bomb and SO CONVENIENT! Having all my music on the iPod and ability to watch video are a nice bonus. I have 600+ songs on my damn phone and I've already watched a half dozen episodes of the first season of "24". Surfing on wi-fi is pretty damn fast and convenient when there's a connection. If the service ends up being decent then I think I'll keep it ... but that's what's always kept me from having an account with AT&T - historically they've sucked!
I guess I'll see for sure soon enough and I'll have to decide if I really NEED to have 3 cell phones or just stick with 2!
