I'm assuming that she had a login/password to the FTP server. If that's the case, isn't this a simple matter of locking out that account and re-uploading the files? This shouldn't take more than a few minutes to fix?

I was trying to not ruin her chances of doing something else on the biz side .. we both now that it's hard for models to get out of that mold and i didn't want to do that to her .. Josie is not our most profitable site but it does well ..it started to go down on the rebills for the reasons i already stated. There was nothing to report to the webmasters other then the thread i made last night because there is no legal issue other then the proof we have and wittinesses to what happen ... she put herself and other in a bad place..

there is no confusion .. 5 people had access to that server and the old server with the backup .. one of those people is paid by me to do the updates on Josie's site for kyla because other wise they would never get done. Her hours just got cut and I was told she is now working with kyla on her new projects. that is the password that was used to get into the servers. funny thing is she is blocking me from aim today ...wonder why .. Where are the backups? You say there was a copy on the old server, so ok. What I'm getting is that if this had happened BEFORE the new server went up then you'd have had NO BACKUPS. That makes NO sense to me.

I don't know who is right or wrong. Just kinda wondering what happens to the affil or members. I sent a few sales last month and a few this month before all the stuff happend. Around 400 bucks this month in the first couple of weeks. Cause I started using you guys more and more cause of the conversion.
Now, No updates, or the one update that didnt show much so I couldnt make any galleries. Then taken off. Is kinda messed up.
When you get rid of a sponsors doing 1:1000 to replace some one that is converting allot better, then take the time to make all the galleries, get all the content, make all the templates, getting things ready for the month to submit, place ads, yadda yadda yadda. Then find everything is gone, all the pics are missing (even tho they will be back), just kinda makes you think.
You guys helped me out allot and I am greatfull. It just sucks when you take out a sponsor to replace it with a sponsor that is doing better then bamo shit happends. I mean 400 isnt allot in 2 weeks, but if I had more cotent and you guys did the updates still, I would have doubled it if not made more. Now nothing and in the back of your mind you stuck on who is right or wrong, do you even want to get into it, or what to do. Then you wonder about your rebills.
