OK.. Guys i was over at the new office with the painter and the other guys where moving shit back and forth to the new office... sorry for the delay ...
Hears the deal .. Kyla has lots of problems and we tired really hard to work with her ..I never wished bad on her and even after spending lots of money on the Roxy site I was willing to let it go and give her the design. She as emotional rather then biz like. Josie contacted me and said that do to Kyla's behavior ( and implied heavy drug use but I can't say that for sure) she felt better working directly with us. Kyla shot all the content but all the model releases are to our company. Kyla was paid a very large % to produce the content and deliver it. she couldn't do that.... Josie was paid a % to shoot exclusively with us. So she was discovered by Kyla but was never her model.
Yesterday I announced that Josie is staying with us and Kyla is no longer with us. up till then Kyla thought that Josie was going with her to start liacash or something like that Roxyvialia.com ( notice that Lia has to be on everything ..another problem .. I was getting sets of pics of Kyla shooting Josie ..it made no sense ) for the Roxy site (with the help of new breed of all people ...go figure) . when she found out that Josie was coming with us. Bam ..all the content gets deleted ..
So where does that leave us now ..we'll we just moved to a new server and only 5 people had access to it and one we hired to work for Kyla. Kyla never had access to the Josie server. here is where it gets obvious .. not only was the content deleted off the new server but someone went into the old server and deleted what was there ..now you tell me who would have had that done and known that there was a back up on the old server???
We do have all but the last 4 sets on hard copy and we are uploading them now. we are also talking to the old server company about their back up.
we haven't switched over to the backups because they are logging the person that went in and deleted it ... they did a sloppy job.
I would also like to point out that Jim is a friend of Bills (NB) and was the same one that was posting shit about arika at bills request last time... if you recall the same thing happen to Arika's site after their break up ... I think it's clear what happen here and we will have the Content back up within a few hours.
Anyone sending traffic will be credited for any lost sales based on their past 3 month average.
Also Jim if you would be so kind I would like to know your Affiliate ID because i don't think you send traffic at all ..
I'll try to be available as much as i can.
