    Just throw a few shrubs in the front yard and a coat of paint and it'll be worth a million.

    Paint will easily cover up the bum urine stains on the walls.

                                  Did that say $650K? A BRAND NEW house of that size and on a lot that exact same size in my area would go for less than 1/10 that price let alone that piece fo crap. As it is that house would go for less than $20K in my area.
