If TMM sues me, or I sue them - or we both sue each other - I will auction off ONE certified copy of the complaint (or other document that begins the litigation) on GFY to the highest bidder. The winner will be expected to donate their winning bid price to a recognized 501(c)(3) environmental, cancer, HIV or children's charity (PETA is specifically excluded) and post evidence (financial information redacted, if needed) of the donation here.

The complaint will be ordered from the Clerk of the Court and certified with their little raised embosser thingy and I will autograph the first page of it in sharpie, if desired. It will come with a nice frame suitable for hanging and will also contain a certificate of authenticity noting that it is a 1/1. There will be only one made. It will truly be a family heirloom, something to pass down to the kids.

Note: I reserve the right to do something similar with the summons, but that money will be for my legal defense, if I need to defend myself against some boneheaded suit. However, only one copy of that will be made as well.

I will start accepting bids when and if the event transpires. This will be a great way to raise funds for a worthy cause while at the same time having great fun on GFY, everyone's favorite place to come and fuck around.
