When I place a advertisment for talent I get more males apply if I dont specify gender and 9 out of 10 males that apply to work with my company wouldnt even stand a chance of pulling a hooker for half price let alone star in content.  |
1. Most males are complete idiots. Alot of people think they can do alot of things that they really cant.
2. I think everyone assumes if they just put up a site that it will start banking hardcore instantly. Ive seen it before and will see it again. Thats why most adult sites fail very quickly. Its natural selection at its best I suppose.
