I don't know - going to a party full of dudes jerking off doesn't sound like much fun to me (Networking? Eww). As for the risk, there's none for the guys but the girls sound like they are really taking chances. Can you get herpes in your eyes?

It would make for an interesting conversation starter a week later though. "Hi Dave, I met you at the Jerk-off-a-thon last week. Covered, I know! Say, what was that chip dip made out of anyway?"
