It does shift fast, but it's still nowhere near the sequential used in M class BMWs. The C63 still uses a traditional slushbox with a torque convertor, it's a hightech automatic but it will never shift as fast as a true sequential transmission.
A sequential is basically a manual transmission, (no torque convertor) with an automatic clutch. You basically get a shift as firm as if it were a manual, but much faster than a human OR torque convertor could ever change gears. The SMGs used in M powered BMWs shift faster than the F1 sequential used in Ferraris. As far as I know, no other production car minus true F1 race cars can shift faster.

The C63 was built to be a direct competitor to the E90 M3, and has got it beat in all avenues

The suspension might be great, but it can't overcome pyshics. Balance & weight are the biggest factors when it comes to handling & braking. The M3 is both lighter & more balanced. HP isn't everything. It's funny going to my local track and watching a 200hp Elise drug 400-500hp+ cars like it's nothing.
