    Calling HOUSTON! Anyone from there or familiar with the city?

    Going to be in town tomorrow night, Friday, and will be staying near the NASA Space Center. Looking for somewhere nice to go party with my wife after a business dinner.

    Any suggestions for Live music or is there any area to party that's close to the space center we can catch a quick ride to?

                  Houston has all the hot spots. Man get on 10 westheimer/galleria area. Shit friday too you'll find outdoor to indoor entertainmnt. Just get in westheimer area you'll be in heaven.

                      I used to live in Dallas and did not like Houston much... I went to the Space Center last time I was in Houston and there are a lot of things near there but nothing that stands out for me. I'd probably get back on to the freeway and head towards Houston if I was looking for something to do.

                                              Fuckin 'ell! You are staying waaaaay outside the city.

                                              If you go in town head downtown to Bayou Place. Or if you want live Jazz there's a great jazz restaurant/bar on Texas st.

                                              If you just want cool bars theres a ton on the southwest side on Richmond starting from Hillcroft all the way to the 610 freeway... actually theres even a few more once you get to Weslayan.

                                              All of these are accessable off the 59 freeway. For the Richmond bars get off on the Hillcroft exit. For the Downtown action just take it all the way to the Downtown exits and get off.
                                              I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
