Its GFY, Tony. Most of them think this is the only adult webmaster board. If it wasn't posted here, it didn't happen. Truly not the case.
The fact of the matter is this:
I have a source for every allegation I made. In order for John to prevail in a libel suit he will not only have to prove that the allegations were false he will also have to prove that I knew so when I published the story. He still has not done several of the things he is required to do under the libel laws.
Additionally, if he is actually stupid enough to go through with this - which I now think he is - he will be sorry. Because I will use the discovery and subpoena process to go through every aspect of his miserable and pathetic little existence on this planet and the truth of exactly what TMM did and did not do will be public knowledge. John wants this to be ugly so I will make it ugly. This started as being about how John's company fucked alot of people over through its incompetent handling of things, John turned it into an issue of it being about John himself: personally, professionally and as a player in the industry.
John was the first one to declare war. He did it in an unprofessional manner (legal threats are to be made by certified mail, return receipt requested - not on GFY) and when someone declares war on me I am not going to sit around and wait to be invaded.
