Cool, thanks. That's what I'm looking for. Input for my training course. I already have the "I used to walk 40 miles to school with a 50 lb ruck sack on my back in a snow blizzard" and "I once met a quadraplegic that won the gold metal in the marathon", but this is good stuff too
