    Good site for fear of flying

    I have a trip coming up in a couple of days, and the closer it gets, the more scared I get about flying again. I found a pretty good site though, and wanted to share the link with anyone else who gets mentally freaked like I do.

    I'm only through a couple of the first lessons, but so far, it's a good site. And it is free, unlike the other ones I found. I will probably buy the guy's ebook, so I can print it out and take it with me.

    Along with the xanax I already got from my doc.

          what are you afraid of? There are thousands upon thousands of planes landing and taking off everyday. How many times per year do you hear of a commercial airliner crashing? MAYBE once????

          You have a bigger chance of dying in your car driving to the gas station.

                  I think it has to do something with control as well. At least you have some control while driving a car, you control how fast and what direction the car goes, in an airplane, there is no control at all.
