    In the game I see these tanks with a white arrow with black stripes pointing down, what does this symbol mean, does anyone know?

          in all the levels, it is some kind of a military symbol, I just don't know what it means

                      I dont see any bklack stripes and arrow is pointing up, not down.

                                              It's just an extra method to make it easier to determine it's an allied tank. They also used to put pieces of metal on the side that kinda looked like a wash board to make it easy to ID as a friendly. I think they change the symbols out every so often so the enemies don't start marking their tanks the same way.
