There is no relationship between erect and flaccid penis size. Some guys who look very small when flaccid are respectable when erect.

Howard Stern, for example, is probably one of those guys. He's always complaining about his "small penis" and how it looks like an "elevator button" or an "egg in a nest" but when he measured it erect it was 6", which is average or better.
