If you sell them traffic you are infecting your surfers with trojans that steal from you(and risking being blacklisted by the major antispyware companies). If you buy their traffic you are funding their trojan network(and also risking being related to these guys within the antspyware circles), and getting customers that they infect first. Yes, all traffic they get is first routed to installs, and then to the sites that buy their infected traffic.
