Amatuer Housewife site needs Help

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if any of you have used or can recommend one of those out source webmaster shops that I see all the time?
Please let me know. We have a great site that has been aoround for 6 years and has grown every year and its just my husband and I WE NEED HELP any help would be greatly appeciated!

I would part it out one step at a time. There are many designers here who could do a very good job for you at a reasonable rate. I would also have some designers build you some gallery templates and other promotional items while they are at it.
Submitters are another issue all together and there are a few companies that do stuff though it is a hard road without partner accounts already established. I would just suggest getting an auto submitter and use that in combination with paid gallery listings.

Thanks for the imput, are you fimiliar with the offshore places where you can hire a webmaster for 900.00 a month. Belive it or not the shitty design we have converts like hell we billed over 240k last year with CCBILL and have guys making 1k a week promoting the site. We are trying to take it to the next level

Yes but may I ask why you would be interested in going so cheap if you are making a good amount from it. Finding good offshore help is not always easy and keeping them is even harder.

I would be damn surprised if you could not put an offer on here for someone to do your grunt work and such for around 1000 to 1500 and get plenty of takers. Sure they would not be seasoned pro's or anything but alas they typically would know more than your off the shelf outsourcer from day one in regards to the industry as a whole.

I still would do the design separately though.
