    Police mugshot question

    How do people get copys of a mugshot? My ex-girlfriend got booked for a DUI and I would love to get a copy her photos. I called the police where she was booked and they said they are not public record and they never give them out.

      Not true. If she is representing herself she can file a discovery request and obtain it that way.

                      I don't know. Theres a whole website that shows people in my state who got arrested during the current day and shows what they were booked for. It's also updated multiple times a day.
