    Guba on Adultwhoswho and Review sites?

    Well since we're discussing it, how come GUBA is on these sites?

    and some of the major review sites, Rabbits Reviews, The Best Porn and I've heard of a few others. I am not trying to cause shit here, I'm just wondering why they're allowing this crap on their sites? We've tried bringing it to Rabbits attention on another board, but nothing has been said.

    Aren't these places supposed to be helping the industry?

          well hopefully alot more people will too, like I said we've tried bringing it to Rabbits attention on another board but nothing has been said yet. We actually got the name banned from a major board after enough us complained about it.

                      they're members are paying for access to a usenet containing content from a lot of sponsors in this industry not only your promo content but your members area content... so how does it make you feel that you are losing money to a bunch of low life thieves

                                              Sponsors should include in their terms they don't allow promoting of usenet sites on the same pages as they are promoted.

                                                      because in the review site aspect this just doesn't really make much sense, without paysites reviewers have nothing to review, and having guba on their sites isn't benefiting them in any way really, once you think about it, they're losing sales that could have went to a real paysite. vs what Guba is doing.

                                                          either way sponsors don't allow the use of their members area content for promotion... if the promo content was the only thing available on the usenet that would be one thing but you have some of the sponsors entire members area's ripped on there... basically giving it all away for free...

                                                              Why join a legitimate paysite when for ten lousy bucks you can access content from virtually every paysite out there ......

                                                                  Well Pam I think that's pretty ridiculous that a sponsor wouldn't see it as being a "problem" and I heard there was a deal with "said" review site about the $10 membership versus the $14, but had heard nothing more about it, so I wasn't sure if that was accurate or not still. And even though we've tried bringing it to that particular review site's attention, nothing has been said at all.

                                                                                  Did the sponsor own the content ? Did the sponsor mind that it's content could probably be found in Guba for $10, so no need for it's affiliates to settle for possibly lower conversions and just push Guba instead ?

                                                                                                                                  She belongs to that board as well Pam, but I from what we conversed about today, I believe she missed alot of what was going on when it first unravelled, just as it appears so many others did as well unfortunately. But at least now it's coming into fruition and more and more people are becoming aware of it and taking a stance and that's a positive step in the right direction.
