    Sales tracking in CCBill webmaster admin

    I have a couple of paysites and submit galleries, freesites and blogs on seperate domains. Basically before I throw money at any more partner accounts I want to be able to track where my sales are coming from.

    Does anyone know of a way of doing this. A simple version of what I'd be looking for would be to change all of my links to referral links on all of my sites, that data is then recorded when the visitor ends up on the payment confirmation page thus giving me a URL that each sale has come from. CCBill have a simplified version of this, (trackers) though I'd have to generate a new code for each and every gallery and fresite I submit (1000's per day so fairly unrealistic) to find out if the signup is coming from TGPA, TGPB FreesiteC etc etc. Does anyone have any ideas or solved this problem in another way?

    bumping this too, I've not come up with any other solution apart from signing up as my own affiliate and setting the payout to 0%

      Affiliates -> Administration -> Trackers
      You can create an unique tracker for each campaign

          The trackers, that would seem like the best option at this point. With the next release of our admin (which we are currently in the discovery phase of), we should have a simple way to track and display what you are looking for. As far as the time frame goes, it is not something that will be released next week, or even over the next few months, but when it does get released, I am sure that you guys will like it VERY much.

            Why do you need a new code for each page from the gallery? Thats what referrer stats are for. Just create a new tracker for each campaign(different paid spots)

              It looks like the best option is to sign up as my own affiliate!

              In the new version will you be able to track hits coming through a secondary site? Most TGPs don't like you posting using the same domain as your paysite.

                  What is the difference between that and trackers? Except that trackers are easier to create and easier to review.

                    With the affiliate code I have one code. With trackers I'd have to create different codes for each partner account and the insert them on each page saving me hours each week. Trackers would be fine if they showed the referring page - they don't, just the raw stats

                      huh? the affiliate code is the same as ONE tracker code...so its better to create a different affiliate code for each partner account? And if you check overall referrers, you see the trackers there.

                        No the affiliate code shows referrers, the tracker code doesn't. I've tried it and confirmed it with CCBill.
