I would be inclined to believe that they have some pretty serious DDOS protection in place...I would even guess that their traffic is probably routed through a DDOS protection firm before it even hits them

Actually no, I would be happy if some kiddy hackers used their network on taking down a site like Guba. It won't be my fault. If I say "Hey someone go kill Bush" on the internet and someone does it, does this mean I will get caught?
