yambo.biz works with this bank, nothing personal or stealth-spam, just for info.

OK, I'll bump this thread once or twice since it is really important for me.

the strange thing with them is that they actualu operate their bank from an office in Budapest......
also quite unpleasent to use, as they have to send you an little electronic device (digipass) and you have to use it to make wire transffers....

but do you use them or not?
yes, I've heard that they are operating from Budapest and even without a banking license in Hungary, so officially their Budapest office cannot be treated as a locac bank branch - that's at least what I've read somewhere.
I've also read that the bank is probably of Russia origin.

But on the other hand I've read also good opinions about their customer service and banking services.
So since yambo.biz works with them, and some ppl here work with yambo.biz, I thought that maybe somene here will tell me more about this Bank.
                    I don't use ICQ anymore.

Avoid them. Avoid Loyal Bank. Why? Because Loyal Bank sucks. My experience with Loyal Bank has been nothing but negative. Go ahead, use them, if you want a big and bad experience! Go ahead, if you want to LOOSE your money! Otherwise, I suggest you avoid them like the plague!!!

Would you like to do business with a bank from a THIRD WORLD country? Loyal Bank is located in St.Vincent, i.e. a third world country. A foreign country!

Would you like to do business with a bank that operated from a POST OFFICE BOX? Loyal Bank is operated from a POST OFFICE BOX, somewhere in cyberspace. They do not have any brick and stone offices in St.Vincent.

Do you like any service "customer service"? In St.Vincent, they seem to have a few unwritten rules. Rule #1 is, "The customer is always wrong." Rule #2 is, "The customer's money becomes Loyal's money."

I ordered a so called "Gift Card" from them. I did it for myself. I was planning to use it for face to face purchases and/or Internet purchases. I spent approx. $92 for a card, most of which Loyal Bank "pocketed", using various pretexes and using a long list of undisclosed, bogus bank fees and bank charges. Finally, after 7 months of wrangling with their "no service customer service", I have been able to receive $46 of my money. The rest, or 1/2 of my funds, have disappeared while it was in their custody.

Electronically, my card is a joke. You cannot use it in face-to-face transactions. It is only "MaestroCard" that N-American merchants do not recognize, and cannot approve for POS transactions. Further, my card does not work on the Internet either!!! It has no verification numbers or any other security features.

Physically, my card is grossly inferior. The account number is not embossed. It is only printed in (white) ink on clear plastic. Furthermore, the white ink comes off EASILY like marks you make with a felt tip pen come off easily when you write with a felt tip pen on plastic.

Loyal's customer service provides *no service*!!! In my experience, they're a PAIN in the butt. They do not say this, but, to them, rule #1 is, "The customer is always wrong." Rule #2 is, "The customer's money goes to Loyal's pocket." Rule #3 is, "Whenever you can, customer service is supposed to PRETEND they're helping you. Rule #4 is, "NEVER ever send any statements." And, rule #5 is, "Admit nothing, and deny everything."

Do you like web sites that do not work? Loyal's web site has been down so often that I've stopped counting. For over 10 months now I'm unable to log on to their site, with the web ID number they provided. Why? Because the applicable web page that is needed for me to log on to is just not working. Therefore I'm unable to see what's going on, statement-wise.

Watch out!!! Loyal Bank is NOT an American bank!!!

It is true, they also operate from Budapest, and without a banking license in Hungary, so it is true that their Budapest office cannot be treated as a local bank branch.

I would not be surprised if the bank was of Russian origin. Based on their *tough* and *never give an inch* attitude, I would not be surprised if they were operated by the Russian Maffia.
