I heard they were considering getting rid of Womens Hockey in the Olympics after this year cos of how badly Canada destroyed the competition!!

Yeah, how is a team NOT supposed to run up the score? By sitting back and giving the other team a chance? Oh yeah, that's a great way to not only risk losing a game but it can develop bad habits in your players.

If you want to have a close game against Canada you have to fucking EARN it, not whine about us running up scores. :D

I just noticed that Dick Pound is handing out the medals.

I'd like to see some of the NHL players refuse to accept their medals from HIM, if he gives them out to the men as well that is.

The only reason they won by that much was because they were playing a country that didn't have to compete to play in the tourny that normally never woul dhave been in it in the 1st place.
