    Paypal Scammer

    Who here has every fought them and won or lost?


    I sold a site, and the scammer claims unauthorized sale.

    Unfortunately for them, I have all their mail logs. Even transaction ID's for completion. As well I have them giving me all their GD profile info required to transfer the domain. Which matches all their paypal info.

    Basically they have no case.

    But I have done hundreds, if not thousands of transaction on PP, and never had an issue.

    Any horror stories?

          Yes. I have been screwed by PP even with a signed delivery receipt. The worst cases are if they used AMEX to pay. They can dispute a fucking mosquito bite and they will win. I tried to dispute my cases and lost every time, even though I could prove the product was delivered.

              No fucking way.

              Supposedly if you can PROVE they received the goods. You are supposed to win.

                              Paypal is good for buyers but bad for sellers.I lost 1500$ in one dispute case which i should win,yet again i won 10$ in case which i should'nt win.Makes you wonder.
