I don't know that it is required exactly, but it is the responsible thing to do.
It's because we don't take a more pro-active approach to keeping our product away from kids and the people who don't want to see it that we have had to deal with COPA and such regulation by the gov't. On the flip side, I do believe parents should be the ones protecting their kids, not us, but the fact is parents today are too lazy and don't want to be botheredactually supervising their kids, so the job has fallen on our shoulders by default.Need Hosting?
