Alex please don't take this as flaming, it's not meant as such. When dealing with new models you need to win the girls over. During the interview you chat, explain and communicate what you want to achieve in a light hearted and fun way while maintaining that this is a business. Your personality and character will turn a frightened newbie into a fresh hot amateur model.

Don't put up spam with pictures showing you don't understand the fantasy of the porn niche you're shooting.
