1967- Elementary school bell rings, 30 seconds later the noise of kids leaving school ... some walking, some riding bikes, all taking their time playing on the way home.

2007- Long line of cars slowely snaking up to the school entrance where kids are picked up one at a time. Teachers clip-board in hand releasing only to pre-approved family members.
