I'm guessing that any company that suffers a hacking of their client's personal information can certainly claim irreparable harm. Such a hacking does tend to put into a lot people's minds a certain level of doubt as to that company's security and just how secure one's personal data is.

Of course any data anyone enters online is somewhat "at risk", but people don't want to actually see it BE at risk, like it is in this case.

I don't know if the harm is "irreparable" here, but from a legal standpoint one can certainly claim it. If I owned Facebook I'd probably do the same thing.
