If theres one country that has issues with poverty its Russia. Ever seen how they treat the people in the former Chernobyl area? Most left but plenty remained as tour guides, they sit all day get lousy money and are sure to be death in a few years. Thats the poverty most ppl dont see. They only think poverty is the bum on the street.

but to me its still Russia, its funny how the former Sovjet Rep kicked out all the problems same with Odessa, no thats not Russia anymore offcourse not. Not a Russian problem anymore.
And yes I know they sell food and stuff along the roads, that happens in every country which is alike Russia now. I really dont think theres any country (besides the oilstates) in the world where poverty and extreme richness is so far apart as in Russia now.
