John it all comes down to this Cathy came to ibill with Garret Bender ibill CEO, they had worked at worldcom together for years. Bender got the ibill CEO job and picked Cathy to go with him. After working with Bender for several more years at ibill, Bender leaves ibill then Cathy was named president. How can you say that she didn't know what was going on over there. She obviously was tight with Bender, the CEO. She worked for him at a previous job and he gave her a new job at ibill. She then replaced him. I don't believe that she was in the dark knowing now the type of relationship she had with Bender and how far back this goes. Then she was named CEO and then well we seen were that lead.

Now you make this announcement and Cathy will be assisting you and some other ex ibill employees.. I disagree with you about the VP and CEO comment about not knowing whats going on. A GOOD VP and CEO knows exactly whats going on. How could she not know, she had known and worked with/for Bender for 10+ years.

You admit you and your partner have little knowledge of the biller side and you will be working with people who have a very iffy track record. I am really surprised you are getting into the processing side this way. Me personally i have heard nothing bad about you and no reason to. We run NATS on our back end and will continue to do. As in using your processing not a chance in hell. Not because of you but because of the other people involved. I learn from other people mistakes and i wont be following suite. I will be following this closely and i hope for your sake and reputation you know what you are doing.
