    Looking for a place in Chatsworth? (with pics)

    My friend has a large Bedroom available in his house, you have your own entrance and very secluded area.

    Looking for someone in the industry to fill the slot, great deal, cheap and no bills, just the rent.

    $950 All Utilities Included - wireless internet, cable, parking, electric, washer//dryer you name it.

                                                                                      I have friends and associates (in the biz, who post here) who live right down the street, in congested apartment complexes with nothing but problems and stress.

                                                                                      They pay $1200 - 1400 for half the room, 1/4 of the privacy, 0 extra's and double the stress and much more....
