Are you owed reserves by IBILL for 2005?

If your owed reserves for 2005 by IBILL, chances are you will never see it. IBILL took out a loan on December 5, 2005, and used the merchants reserves as collateral. Now the bank is holding your reserves until the loan is paid (which is never) This is considered fraud by any standard. If you are owed unpaid reserves, its time to let the assholes at IBILL know that we will not take it laying down anymore! File a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General today. After all, its your money they are fucking around with.

    To file a complaint, copy and paste this url into your browser;

Yup, iBill informed me that they will NOT be paying my 2005 gkard reserves on time - merchant bank not releasing funds.

*IF* they did use our reserves as collateral (as per other post in this thread), would that not be a fraudulent security? Reserves are, by legal agreement (with webmasters who own the reserve funds) only to be held for 6 months. How could they use a 6 month 'loan from webmasters' as security for a different loan?

Until now, thanks to my unfathomable sense of forgiveness (aka naive trust and faith), I had been able to consider the earlier 'financial problems' as civil matters and I was willing to hang in and give them the chance that most other (rational) webmasters would not have.

At this point, I'm seeing this more as criminal fraud.

iBill made a big point TWICE (before Feb/16/2005 and after Feb/16/2005) about making clear that GKARD sales were totally immune to the kinds of problems that earlier webmaster sales/reserves became victim to.

Before someone calls the police, I would like to hear iBill explain how this latest reserves freeze is not criminal fraud.

iBill, gkard was supposed to be your 'apology/fix' to the past.

          What's going on??

No one from IBILL will answer this post. And if you email them, they will give you this caned answer...

" Unfortunately, we are still experiencing a delay in regards to the reserve payout and we do not have the exact time frame for ETA to provide you at this time"

DELAY? A week or two is a delay, but 5 FUCKING MONTHS???

The only thing we can do right now, and its the right thing to do, is to contact the FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, and file complaint aginst IBILL. If we don't do anything, they will continue to rob us blind! Its the obligation of everyone who is owed this reserve to file today! (I have already did) Its the only way to stop IBILL from using our money to line their pockets!

Use this link to contact the attorney general, and please do it today, dont wait.

              Guess what?

I just had an iBill 2005 reserves release payment applied to my account.

I had sent several emails prior to this and spoke with support getting the same consistent response:

"Please be advised that the reason that the reserves have not been
released is because they are currently being held by our old merchant
              bank."

I called today (to confirm they didn't accidentally switch their Swiss bank account numbers with mine before spending my losses) and now their response to 2005 reserve releases is a chipper:

"Of course we've paid those moneys. We have to."

Of all the vendors I have ever dealt with in mainstream and adult, I have never had to work so hard and against so many BS run arounds as I have with iBill. They used to be a solid top notch company (the only reason I decided to hang in with them waiting for them to turn things around), but now, it seems they make you earn your money 3 times and then beg for it before you finally get it.

              Not very impressive iBill.

Is this as good as it gets??

Spoke to them 30 minutes ago and they told me the same old bullshit "We dont know when the reserve will be released".
