7) No one registered in less than 60 days before can post in this contest thread.
10) No posting bots, No dual nicks, No gibberish text, no consecutive posts

these 2 need to be inforced cause they are the ones that always get broken.
Sure sometimes it is easy to consecutive post by mistake but when you post 4 or 5 in a row well.
