1. why has my hybrid account been switched to pay per sale, and i recieve zero heads up about this?

2. what happened to the days of missing stats from this week?

3. I contacted you on AIM, but you did not reply.

I've been VERY LOYAL to this company for ages. I do not expect this from them.
