You need a third party program called Xpadder for games like COD4. Google it and download it. Then you can get any gamepad to work with any game. Some games have built in support for the 360 controller(I think they are labeled Games for Windows - Bioshock, Crysis, Gears of War,etc.) and then it's like playing on the 360.
