They offer a good service, but they are certainly not free here in Florida! (Maybe they are doing that free special in LA to attract business) Their normal rates are roughly comparable to AIM, $150 for a full panel test incl. HIV by PCR DNA, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis.
