          I also get something very strange.

          I have had this rebill for months no chargebacks or credits that I can see so not really sure what is going on. I originally thought maybe it was a member that rejoined and got a discounted price or something.

                  Some sponsors penalize you the join for too many fraudulent transactions. Haven't you already had this thread 4 times in the last year?

                              Just a note on my post in this thread. After some searching I found out it is indeed a discounted membership for someone that had canceled and then joined again for a lower price.
