I love it with the exception of the adjoining unit with the laptop on it, that seems quite a bit lower than the height of the desk that I'd be leaning downwards to type on it.

I dont know, those desks dont seem to practical. Mine is fully ergonomic and well worth the $$. It's no fancy wood, but for the hrs put in at this thing it is well worth it.

my desk is a plastic fold-out table and a white plastic chair, usually too cluttered to place my computer. I actually do more of my work sitting in a rocker "banana" chair with my laptop in my lap (who knew?) and my mousepad/mouse on an overturned plastic laundry basket.

you guys think I'm kidding but I'll post picks if I need.

That is actually off of the manufacturer website, although I have the same setup with only the dual monitors. Looks about the same, plus some clutter. No desk can be that clean. If it is that clean it is never good news.

The keyboard tray goes low enough for kids if you got em or high to where you can stand and work for the afternoon stretch ;)

Where can you find that for #30? Is it just the middle piece? I've had desks that are cheap get all dented up and unstable. Most desks that are $150+ seem to be more sturdy.

You should see mine at that moment:-) I broke my coccyx a couple of months back and I still can not sit on my ass. Working either laying on my tummy in a sofa or sitting on my knees with my laptop in the same sofa. God I miss sitting down.................
