From all the news that was flying about a couple of days ago about it I would say it is almost certain that the twins no longer work for P-F. (Unless it is some kind of fiendish marketing ploy).
I have never had a single reply email from him in the past so I won't even try this time.

well, I will no longer be working with phil flash. he has sent me a termination notice, (witout warning or notice beforehand that there was ever any problem at all) claiming that I have breached my contract IE-I do not post on nnboards.com or do my journals as I should. (which is lies, and i have documentation to prove otherwise) the real reason he's firing me: since the beginning, my sister and I have gotten the shittiest deal you can imagine, I recently told him that I want a copy of my contract to revise before signing with him for the next year. He won't like the contract I make up, because I will change the percentage, and some of the rules. I also think what started this is that we noticed he was linking our banners to his other girl's sites which he gets a larger % of. (more $ for him, while we get screwed.) Anyway, I have an awesome attorney, and won't take this laying down.
so- it's more worth it to him, to fire us "with cause" (which is lies, and i'll prove that) and try to take the last 2 months of sales on our site to himself. (which he is entitled to if we fuck up and give him a reason to fire us- but he didn't have any reason except that we figured out he was fucking us out of $ so he made up bogus reasons.)
