So drunk then? There's no for you and for the law. Fact is ... drunk has different levels of effect ... sure. But the legal limit is there because NO ONE can have the reactions etc if they're at that level. That's called drunk. Maybe not plastered drunk ... but drunk. I think you should have been tested.
